I was on my way from St. Louis to Louisville for the weekend and my alternator died. I was stranded on the side of I-64 on a Friday afternoon. I called KARS and they sent a wrecker within minutes and towed my truck to their shop. They sent another driver to pick up a new alternator. They fixed my truck ahead of other vehicles in their shop and I was back on the road in a few hours. Great, friendly service. I'm very appreciative of their help in my situation.

Tree fell onto my 2002 Dodge pickup. Needed windshield. Roof was crushed. Insurance wouldn't cover it. A replacement roof skin could not be found for a truck this old so it had to be banged out by hand and resurfaced. KARS did a fantastic job fixing it for a very fair price. Can't tell anything ever happened to it. If you need body work done I highly recommend Konerding Automotive Repair Service.

Wonderful! We used KARS as our U-Haul rental pickup. Quick and easy, and they were so kind, especially Mitch. Definitely a hometown feel. Then, we discovered running lights and a brake light weren?t working. When I called Mitch to see if he had any suggestions, he said to come back over (we were 10 mins away) and he?d take a look. He got us right in and took a look. It ended up being a fuse (oops!) but he replaced them right away and didn?t try to make a huge buck on the deal. Definitely somewhere I would recommend!!

The people at KARS are always friendly and professional. I had a problem with my Dodge one ton truck that nobody else could fix. They knew right away what was wrong and how to fix it. It has been several years now and the problem is still gone and I am having no trouble. They are busy for a reason.. . . They do good work. For those who complain, don't blame your car troubles on the people who are trying to help. Some problems just can't be solved.

10 days ago I was on a military move from VA to WA, and broke a hub on the front axle of my travel trailer about nine miles from the shop. The roadside assistance crew got the trailer to a point that I could tow it to the shop and look at options for repair. Chris and his team were able to build a new axle, rewire the brake system, and get me on the road the same day. I lost eight hours during the day for the repairs, but I was back on the road in time to beat the ice storm that hit the Kansas area that night. The new axle performed flawlessly and the remaining 2,500 mile trip was smooth sailing. Thank you to the entire crew at KARS for getting me back on the road quickly!!!
